At Simple Symbol, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible while providing reliable shipping throughout Australia.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer the following shipping methods via Australia Post:

Standard Shipping

• Flat Rate: AUD $3.00

• Estimated Delivery Time (Victoria): 2–8 business days

• Tracking: Not included

Please note that most standard orders are sent via untracked letter or envelope services to keep shipping costs affordable.

Express Shipping

• Flat Rate: AUD $6.00

• Estimated Delivery Time (Victoria): 1–4 business days

• Tracking: Included

Once your express order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where applicable.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and are intended as a guide only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, seasonal demand, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Delays

Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery times are outside of our control. While we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes, we are happy to assist you in contacting Australia Post and helping locate delayed shipments where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied and a parcel is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Simple Symbol is not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly during checkout.

Signature on Delivery

Orders with a value of under AUD $100 will generally not require a signature on delivery.

If you require a signature for your order, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss available shipping options.
